The Tollgate Water Company provides reliable, high-quality drinking water to all Tollgate residents and oversees the operation and maintenance of the community’s water system. The water is pumped from two well-houses located on Tollgate property, drawing from a Cascade-mountain-fed aquifer that delivers excellent natural water quality. Our mission is to ensure a safe, dependable water supply through responsible stewardship, thoughtful planning, and effective system management.
